At Square One Art Panels, each panel is carefully crafted to ensure quality and durability. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect in craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange for a replacement panel at no cost to you.
Custom Orders
All custom-sized panels are made specifically for your order and are final sale. However, if there is any issue with quality or damage during shipping, we will remake the item.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
- Minor variations due to the handcrafted nature of our panels are not considered defects.
